2. Visual Inspection ( Dimensional Chek )
3. Safety Devices Inspection ( Safety Devices : Manometer, Safety Valve, Drain Valve )
4. Material Thickness Measurement ( Ultrasonic Wall Thickness )
5. Non Destructive Test ( NDT ) at Welded Joint ( Dye Penetrant Test/ Magnetic Particle Test )
6. Testing witnessed dense water/ hydrostatic test ( If Possible ) ( Hydrostatic/ Pneumatic Test )
7. Witness the casement safety testing ( Safety Valve )
8. Preparing Document Report
9. Certification by local government ( Disnaker )

B. Scope of Work Boiler Inspection & Testing :

1. Review Document ( Manual Book, Drawing Design, Certificate Material, Etc )
2. Visual Inspection ( Dimensional Chek, Appendages, Safety Devices )
3. Material Thickness Measurement ( Ultrasonic Wall Thickness )
4. Non Destructive Test ( NDT ) at Welded Joint ( Dye Penetrant Test/ Magnetic Particle Test )
5. Testing witnessed dense water/ hydrostatic test ( If possible ) ( Hydrostatic Test )
6. Witness the casement safety testing ( Steam Test )
7. Preparing Document Report
8. Certification by local government ( Disnaker )
